- Referee starts the game with the "Toss" of coin and the winner of the toss opts whether or not to break.
- As long as reds are on the table, the striker always pots the red first until all reds are potted. After the striker has scored a red ball initially, his next legal object is a color, and as long as reds remain on the table he must alternate his play between reds and colors.
- If the striker's ball on is a red, and he pots a color, it is a foul.
- If the striker's ball on is a color, and he pots any other ball, it is a foul.
- When no reds remain on the table, striker's balls on become the colors, in ascending numerical order (2,3,4,5,6,7).
- The winner will be the one who scores the maximum number of points.
- On any dipute the referee's decision stands final.
Fouls - If the striker has not made a stroke, his turn ends immediately and the referee shall announce the penalty.
- If a stroke has been made, the referee will wait until completion of the stroke before announcing the penalty.
- If a foul is neither awarded by the referee, nor successfully claimed by the non-striker before the next stroke is made, it is condoned.
- All points scored in a break before a foul is awarded are allowed but the striker shall not score any points for any ball pocketed in a stroke called foul.
- The next stroke is played from where the cue-ball comes to rest or, if the cue-ball is off the table, from in-hand.
- If more than one foul is committed in the same stroke, the highest value penalty shall be incurred.
Other Rules - If any player fails to turn-up even after 30 mins of the sheduled start time, match would be awarded to the opposite side
- Changes in fixtures/schedules would not be entertained
