Cricket Score Card - 7th Jan 2007

Hello folks!!!

We are here with the first round of Cricketing results. But first we have to laud that most of the players of all teams turned up and had good fun cricketing. Most of the players were found limping and some even fell prey to body pain and strain. We hope they recover fast and be ready for the next round.

The first match was between CDI & OA-2.

CDI wins the toss and elects to bat. They put up a decent score of 100 runs in the 12 overs match with a loss of 8 wickets. OA-2 tried to score but quick loss of wickets cost them the game. OA-2 scored 64 runs.

Way to go CDI!!

Apps IT Vs FP&A 1

FP&A-1 won the toss and elected to field. Apps IT team totalled at 97 runs for a loss of 5 wickets. FP&A-1 then came on to the field and beat Apps IT in 11 overs with a loss of just 4 wickets.

Hooray for FP&A-1!!

OA-1 Vs Cash Apps & FA (fixed Assets)

Electing to bat first CashApps/FA team made a total of 89 for loss of all their wickets. OA-1 beat CashApps/FA. They scored 90 runs with a loss of 9 wickets in the 11th over.

Sales Comp Vs FP&A-4

Coming on to bat first after winning the toss, Sales Comp put up a total of 94 runs for a loss of 9 wickets. FP&A- 4 failed to score runs and were bundleed out for 81 runs.

Hip hip Hurray Sales Comp!!!

GL-EMEA Vs PA-APAC/EMEA

PA put a formidable total of 107 runs with a los sof 9 wickets and also sent the GL team packing for 59 runs in 12 overs.

Watch out for PA - APAC /EMEA!!!

Last match of the day was between Collection-2 and TP

Winning the toss was not enough for Collections-2. They also went on to score the highest total in the first day of Cricket Olympix. A whopping 170 runs in 12 overs at the loss of 5 wickets.

Tactical purchase team failed to match the score put up by their rivals and their wickets fell like "cycles in a cycle stand- one falls and all others follow suit". They managed a paltry 52 runs.
